I had to pick up some parts for changing my oil and doing some maintenance on my car before a trip. I needed wiper blades for one thing. The team here helped me pick the right ones for my car, not the most expensive ones, and then they put them on for me too. Great service and customer care!
Very nice customer service today that went above and beyond my expectations. I was looking for a new windshield wiper and perfectly content to use the qr code and look up my vehicle- the employee working looked it up for me & asked if I wanted help putting them on.. yes, please I am short & that is hard to reach. I really appreciate it & I'll be back next time I need anything! Thank you.
Cold weather battery problems. Stopped to buy a battery and have installed. Declined almost immediately upon popping my hood. Didn't even get battery cover off. Employees disappeared into back. Couldn't even get car started again to leave but employees were nowhere to be found to offer a jump or any help. Stranded in front of store doors about 30 min. AutoZone got it done in 15 min.
Don't test batteries for the whether awful service. Only today was understanding sorry about the comment but is frustrated when you tried to fix you car. But always give me great service God bless you all
I live locally, and honestly go to this location at least once a month. I not only maintain my own vehicle but a lot of my family members ask me to as well. So with that in mind, I get a lot of variety in vehicle make / model and these guys here are always on point. Online orders are always filled quickly and accurately. In store purchases I'm usually in and out within 5 to 10 minutes depending on the purchase. I've always been a fan of the Advance Auto Parts store and this location continues to hold that faith true.
Well I work for Advance Auto I do deliveries, and from what I see how the associates up front take care of the customer I'm really impressed about their knowledge and everything
Great customer service. I went to the wrong store and they price matched my air filter. Thanks for letting me give you my money and helping me to not have to go yet another stop.
Sales person told me a product would do something it could not do. My vehicle was damaged. Returned the product and was given a customer service number and told they would cover the repairs. Customer service said they would and told me to take it to the dealer. After the repairs they denied the claim. Called customer service to ask why and they could not say, but said I would get a call from the district manager within 48 hours. They never called. Why go to the store to get advice if this is the experience? Cashier admitted they know little about cars and would just read the package if they needed to know something. I'll shop elsewhere online rather than in store for not just poor service, but service that actually causes more problems the vehicle never had before.
Excellent services during my purchase and visit they offered and installation of my new windshield wipers. Great job.
