Offer battery installation but have no idea how to install a batter??. Why hire people who clearly have no mechanical background or knowledge. Was told I needed to take the battery to a professional. I have a 2018 chevy not some high tech rare car. Again Don't Offer a service you can't even provide!!
My 16 year old Honda got a brand new battery today!! Blake helped me install it and did an awesome job. The customer service was great, the job was done quickly, and he even was nice about my awkward conversation and stupid jokes. Thanks Blake!

I knew what I needed, was directed to proper location in store, grabbed a few "impulse items" that I didn't know I needed until I saw them, and was back in my car on to the next shopping errand in mere minutes. Fast, friendly, professional service in a well-kept, fully stocked store.
O'Reilly Auto Parts employees are always so helpful. In fact, way beyond expectation on this last visit. Very grateful for the tip they provided.
If I could rate this place lesser than 1 star I absolutely would. I needed a hose from here and they were in the area. From the moment I was on the phone with them. Till the moment I arrived at the store. Every interaction I had was rude and unproductive. Upon entering the store my wife and I were met with rudeness. To the point my wife stormed out and refused to buy anything from the establishment. There were 2 employees and when asked why the other was being so rude? We were met with the excuses of "OH he's just joking" and "Oh he's like that with everyone". I called corporate several days ago and have yet to hear back. Called the store manager was was told, "he doesn't reflect how we do buisness". Yet this cannot be the first incident where he's does this. The whole experience has me not wanting to shop at any OReilly locations and that's a shame considering my agency spends a lot of money with them as I am the Superintendent. Well I guess I can say, Used to spend a lot of money with them. I'll take our buisness elsewhere. Stay away from OReilly, especially this one
I had an awesome experience, at your store, with Donte! He tested and swapped out a defective battery for me. He had me in and out, in no time and was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. A+
Got a steering wheel cover and the gut was nice enough to put it on
So, even with describing the tool I need, which is NOT a rare tool with 50 different names, the manager clearly didn't know what I was talking about. An employee was asking the questions, and I replied that the tool is not side post or top post specific. I didn't have an attitude, I might add. The female employee snapped saying well I'm just asking because he told me to ask and walked off. There's a reason why I never go to autozone or oreillys unless I'm desperate.
