Excellent experience today- I was in a bind with dangerously low oil and stopped in to buy just enough to get me home. I was greeted immediately by friendly and helpful staff who directed me to the product I needed. Not only did Mikey at the counter double check the system to make sure I was purchasing the right product, but he also helped me put the oil in my car, making sure I had enough to get home safely. Thanks so much for a great experience!
The cashier sold me the wrong thermostat three times in a row in the same day. My mechanic was running out of time due to all the trips being made back and forth to try and get the right part. I gave her the cashier the correct car info, but either she was clearly new and/or doesn't have the knowledge necessary to due her job efficiently. She was polite though, but no one should have to waste gas going to the same parts store 3 times back to back in one day..I'm just saying.
Always a staff member that is attentive and knowledgeable or at least will take the time insure you find the product in question. Limited wait time in a well stocked, well lit, and clean store.
I needed parts desperately for my car. I ordered online to make sure they were ready for when I arrived. When I got to the store, I learned that they were closed due to their "winter hours". No where online we're these hours listed. Had I known this I would have gone to another store.
The greatest trip I've ever had to advanced auto parts. It was in the hood, the store was dirty af, employees were rude, the customers were worse. But oh the discounts...
Anthony was helpful, personable, and capable. Had a new battery sourced, purchased, and installed in 15 minutes.
This crew knows their stuff. I never have to wait long, and they usually have my parts in stock; if not they are happy to order for me.
Dumbest staff you'll find anywhere, they'll hire anybody. Rude, uneducated, slow, disrespectful, impatient, etc
