Ordered and payed for a part so it wouldn’t be sent back. It still got sent back and have been ignored by the manager Will the last two times I’ve been in to talk to him. This store has horrible customer service! It shouldn’t take 3 times to get a part that was ordered and payed. And still be ignored by management that is what did it. I don’t recommend this store to anyone.
I'm impressed and glad to see an all women staff in an auto store. The young woman that helped me, then offered to put on the wiper blades for me was informative and nice. I said I was not going to forget her name and I did!
So... Came in and asked the lady at desk dark hair with lip piercing if they have a breaker or cheater bar in stock. She laughed and said she'd never heard of them okay, easy to rectify and learn?. I asked her to look for breaker bar or socket extension bar on computer that she was standing at, she said no and just smirked at me. I left. I don't know if she was having a bad day or was just judging me and decided to react like that. Incredibly unprofessional. It wasn't close to closing time, there was no one else in line.... Genuinely don't understand.
I’ve always liked this Oreilly. They always seem to know their business. On this trip, assistant manager Joe, cautioned me to take care driving in to get my alternator checked, as the car could die suddenly in traffic. I made it, and he got me checked out and confirmed that I needed a new alternator. He helped me choose which replacement part looked best for my needs. If I’d asked him to help me replace it, I’ll be he wouldn’t have hesitated :
One of the best parts stores in KC, These guys go above and beyond to run this store and are very knowledgeable when it comes to anything automotive!

I went in and found what I was looking for no problem.
One person working counter ! Baskets of items that needed to be put away all bunched up front looks cluttered . Was looking for a tire gauge. Young Man. Said he would go look in back waited 5 min nothing for the young man . Never came back to the front . So I left . Clean up and organize the place..
A bit of a mess. Some sections obviously hadn't been sorted in a while which means you have no idea what anything is and costs. These stores are always understaffed.
Joe is a freaking rockstar he was so helpful and absolutely on top of everything despite being the only employee at the register. He definitely deserves a raise I can tell that man works HARD
