i went to this store to buy coolant for my subaru. i was “helped” by this girl named Jordan. i say helped in quotations as she was no helpful at all. she made me feel like i knew nothing about my own vehicle and had the worst attitude ever. i can say i will NEVER go back to this store unless Jordan is no longer working there.

I’ve gone in there several times now. I haven’t had one good experience due to two employees. I believe the one girl was named Jenny. Super unprofessional. Didn’t know anything I was asking about for my vehicle. Was to lazy to look up the parts I needed And this fellow Lane or however you spell it…. Idk if he was racist or what but was very rude to a gentleman in front of me. And wasn’t very kind to me either. Definitely won’t be going there when they are working.

Quick and knowledgeable. I appreciated the extra help to install the finicky wiper blades. Great staff for sure.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever received from a parts store. Normally if you ask a question about something wrong with your vehicle or if you're looking for certain parts the employees are more than helpful but this most previous visit definitely has me going to a different store from now on. I wanted to know how much A/C recharge I would need for my suburban as I was only able to blow hot air with my kids sweating in the car and the employee Lane not only brushed me off as unimportant but also didn't even bother looking up how much I'll need or even help me in the slightest and answered all my questions with "I'm not sure you can look it up" but didn't even bother to look anything up on the computer and just rang up my items. Ive always had a good experience but thanks to lane I think I'll be going to a different store completely now. As an Army Veteran I don't expect special treatment for anything but a little respect goes a long ways.

I needed a new battery for my car. The lady in the front was very helpful and knowledgeable. Her coworker wasn’t very nice or helpful.

Needed a battery for our 2011 durango. Never did get the name of the associate who helped me. Gave a very generous veteran discount and wheeled the battery out to my car. This will be my first stop for any auto parts and accessories.

These guys sold me an Fuel Pump that didn't work. And then they said oh you installed it and it is yours to use as a paper weight. So now it's a total loss for me. When their insurance would have saved for us both. And I would have gone back there.

Quality staff, along with highly informing. The biggest problem with modern day parts store, is the staff with being unknowledgable in the field. Not a problem here.

Normally oreillys is my go to store but today might have changed that. Was getting a small part and what they did to make it happen with their tap to pay not working amazed me. Will likely drive a bit farther to get parts here now instead. 10/10 service

Nice employees, very helpful and positive attitudes. Got what I needed and we all had a good laugh. Will definitely go back here for my parts needs. Also got some parts from them about a year ago with the same situation. Great customer service, great prices
