So im doing a simple oil change on both of my vehicles. Spent $257.00. They have me the wrong oil filter. Went back and exchanged it. No problems wrong. Had to order a air filter they said it'll be in the next day. Two days later it arrives. Went to pick it up the clerk was trying to insinuate that I return the wrong filter that it wasn't a K&N Filter as if I was trying to rip them off then they took my receipt and never returned it so when I went back to get the air filter I didn't have the receipt and then again the clerk tried to act as if though I was trying to rip them off. Very poor people skills

Great experience with John Michael. I needed a battery for my truck. He typed in my phone number and saw my last purchase was 29 months ago, less than the 36 month warranty. He tested my battery and determined it was defective. Warranted a new battery and even installed it, professionally! I will continue to shop here for all my PM for my 2000 F150.
