Short version: "Great place. Friendly. Helpful. Got what I need or can order it and have it on site in a timely fashion."  EXPLANATION: Friendly helpful staff/customer service was excellent. Knowledgeable. No pushy upsales. Would recommend to future customers. Had everything I was looking for and if the item wasn't in stock it was ordered and arrived in a quick and timely manner. There are quite a few other auto parts places/stores in the area to choose from and this NAPA in particular is my first choice.

Outstanding customer service. Knowledgeable staff and only ready to assist, above and beyond. Only too willing and ready to assist. Feel important as a consumer and that's what keeps me loyal.

Only parts store in Dublin or East Dublin to have, in stock, a vehicle part I needed. It was Bosch so I paid dearly for it but I, also, paid with a smile. Great employees who were friendly and knowledgeable. Great atmosphere.
