Totally disappointed!! If it was 0 starts I will give it ! Came for a derma planning and it normally takes 30 Minutes I came here more than 1 year and this time I had Alicia and the experience and treatment was the worse she was on a rush all the time and I was done in 10 minutes I couldn’t believe how fast and I talk to the cashier Mary Sullivan and she said sorry about the experience we will give u $10 off for the inconvenience I was like really I will never come back to this place again this is how you guys treat to your costumers that comes all The time ? Won’t even recommend my friends to come back again ! Because I have couple friends to start coming here because I recommend it but seeing they don’t care of the customers first that means they don’t know how to run business!

I loved my experience with Advanced Aesthetics! I came all the way out to visit them from LA because of their unmatched prices, and the quality of work my friends have received. The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable, and the service I received by Jeff Nguyen was professional and proficient. It’s definitely worth the trip for me!

A little concerned I had my under eyes done and knew there was something wrong, because of my medical background. I knew they had been done wrong and found out three weeks later I shouldn’t have even been able to have it done. So I spent three week with huge under eye bags and looking older than I do normally. I spent quite a lot and the time from my day to go back repeatedly. Now I have to go back and I feel just a refund of my money seems a bit underrated. I did go one time prior and I loved the woman, Frankie, who did my injections previously. I would recommend her with 5 stars. But still a bit underwhelmed at what is happening to fix the issue now. Annalee was so sweet. The front desk at the rainbow location didn’t even acknowledge that I was there, after I signed in. 10 minutes later I had to ask them if they noticed I signed in and they said yes but nothing more. Sat there for another 10 minutes and they never said anything. Front desk staff is horrible.Service: Microneedling

Awesome experience thanks to Charina. I had Botox done but I was interested also about treating my TMJ with Botox. She explained the different treatments to include Dysport for TMJ and answered all my questions. I’m very excited to see if this works.Service: BOTOX treatments
