Weight room is fairly well equipped, my cardio days seem to lack because they only have 4 working treadmills and at least 1 is stuck on a minor incline.

A great gym with a variety of strength training equipment that I've never experienced elsewhere. The staff is very friendly and the gym is very diverse. It has hydromassage, tanning, kid zone, sports kinetics, group ex and many more. Great gym!

Great gym and lots of extras/amenities!! Something for everyone and the staff is very helpful!! I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a fantastic place to get active!

amazing staff and great environment, they make you feel right at home, they're friendly and are always willing to help the new members and my kids absolutely love the kid zone! I'm glad I choose them to help start my journey. (:
