Spectrum Fitness

Spectrum Fitness has really changed my life! Thanks to Rachelle and the staff with a varying combination of the Spin, Aerial Yoga/Yoga, Zumba, Pound Fit and the Core Galore Classes, I lost 1 pant size and raised my military physical fitness test score by 6 points in 2 months and lost another pant size at the 5 month mark of attending their fitness and wellness center! I have never been more fit and healthy, my fitness even surpassed that of my prime in high school (I'm 29 now)! I completely recommend this fitness & wellness center to those who want a more positive and creative environment when increasing their health and wellness. It is truly the best decision I have ever made for myself in terms of fitness!

I absolutely love Spectrum Fitness. The staff are always welcoming, helpful and friendly! Rachelle is my massage therapist. I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel in June 2017 and had a surgery looming over me. I could not feel my hands, I couldn’t roll the ball on a mouse or type without extreme pain, my fingers were tingly and numb. Massage Therapy is just that. Lots of stretching and deep tissue massaging. I can say massage therapy has worked a miracle. I can now feel my hands, my fingers are no longer tingly/numb and pain free. On a side note I was never able to turn my head right or left while sleeping without pain, now I can actually lay on my stomach turn my head left or right and actually sleep through the night. This is all thanks to a wonderful trained massage therapist. You will not be sorry. I now just do maintence massage appointments monthly or bi monthly. The price for an hour of therapy is priceless to live without pain or surgery. Thank you Spectrum Fitness.

Rachelle is outstanding. I found her through Google and had heard so many good things about Spectrum Fitness. I have had two one hour massages now. I knew I needed someone who knew a lot about physiology and therapy to help me recover from lower back pain and stiffness that had affected my work. My stiffness came from having an office job and not being active enough during the winter. I had a series of painful lower back spasms just a week before. Rachelle knew right what to do! She adjusted my hips, found every tender and sore muscle and put just the right pressure and stretch. She also taught me some stretches and exercises I could do at home to help gain back my core strength and flexibility. Thanks to Rachelle I am definitely on my way to a full recovery. The massage table is warm, clean and comfortable. From the decore, electric fireplace and dim lighting, the whole massage experience is enjoyable. A few things I was impressed with is her remembering exactly what my tender spots were and to ask if the pressure was too strong. She demonstrated through practiced art and science that pain isn't what she wanted but firm pressure to release tension, thus allowing maximum results. I FEEL GREAT. I highly recommend you go to Rachelle at Spectrum Fitness for your massage needs. Make sure you call her and get on her schedule right away.

Rachelle is amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable and such a fantastic person to be around! She knows exactly what to do to when I come to see her. I highly recommend Spectrum Fitness for all your needs.

I tweaked my lower back and wasn’t able to identify exactly when and what I did. Rachelle was able to identify areas of concern based off info I gave her. She relieved my pain and even identified a few areas I hadn’t realized were causing me problems. I was a little sore as expected after her message, but my range of motion through my back and shoulders was the best I’ve had in a long while. Thanks for the great care Spectrum Fitness.
