Bulbs in the beds are way over due for being replaced......I have tanned here for years and this is the 2nd year this has been an issue. DISAPPOINTED. I have been tanning there this time for over 2 months and have used the most expensive bed to the 10 min beds and I have barely any color.....So just be careful when opting to buy those great packages!!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would and have never written a Google Review that is negative. I have never been treated more poorly as a customer. As I walked in, I wasn't greeted and it pained the girl to sign me in as a new customer. Then, when I walked to the spray booth, she said "it's self explanatory" when I asked what to do. It wasn't self explanatory as a customer that hasn't had a spray tan in that booth before. I went back and apologized for asking for help, and she stormed to the room and asked me what was so difficult to understand. She made me feel unwelcomed and like an idiot. If this salon wants to stay in business, I suggest they hire different employees. I visited the salon 11/3/2016 at 5:15pm.

I have ALWAYS received great customer service from the employees at this location and the one in North Little Rock. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful in every way. I have never burned or had an unpleasant experience there in the 3+ years I have been tanning with them. The price is a fair price for the amount of time and quality of the beds, and the prices on their lotion/other merchandise is fair as well. Both locations are extremely clean and well managed.
