They never answer the phone. I've called 5 different times today. So much for customer service.

Needs more lighting in each tanning room and would like a long mirror for dressing.

Too few beds, especially if you buy a premium package. Wait times are occasionally long for any bed other than the silver package. I asked if they were going to get more gold package beds in and they said no.

Love the spray tans! The staff is really friendly and I can always walk right in and get my tan, with little or no wait.

I never usually write bad reviews, but I just hit the limit with this place. Got a spray tan package on Groupon. I was trying to give them a second chance after the first visit was a pain. They were not located at the address on the Groupon. I spend 2 hrs calling and driving around to find the correct location. I drove to 4 locations before I found the one they moved to. What killed me is they knew the address was wrong. Now I go back for my second visit and they tell me I can not do the spray tan. They close at 5, I get there at 4:42, which I know is cutting it close but 18 mins is plenty of time to get a spray tan. They said I had to show 30 mins before close for a spray time. I did not know this. They tell me that it says this in the long page you sign on the first visit. Like everyone reads all that. They should also verbally make customers aware of this policy. My fault I guess, but I was just 12 mins past time. Good customer service would made an exception.
