We went with Advanced Tech about 3 years ago, as our needs were growing so fast & we had no IT person on staff. What I have found & experienced was that we most certainly made the right decision in choosing Advanced Tech as our IT resource. Advanced Tech has made having computers & servers in the office a relaxing experience. We worry about nothing, get excellent customer service, without getting talked down to, get planning advice and suggestions that help us grow painlessly and have the utmost confidence in the whole staff at Advanced Tech, knowing if we have an issue or need something, it will be resolved immediately. I highly recommend Advanced Tech for your office IT needs. They will pay YOU back monthly in lack of down time by monitoring every computer adn server you have in your business, and heading off issues before they become issues.

I have been with Advanced Tech Inc. for many years. I am extremely happy with the service they provide. I just recently experienced some problems with my computer due to a short I believe was created by a teenager trying to plug the cell phone in to my pc to charge and they broke the usb thingy. Well I called Advanced Tech ASAP and they went above and beyond to get me up and running. They told me what it would cost to fix my pc and gave me options and alternatives and were very detailed in explaining everything. They transferred all my data to my back up computer and kept me up and running. This was all done remote and they came and installed my new computer personally. I cannot thank them enough. They saved me time, money and a heartache! I will never go anywhere else!

When my mommy's computer went black she took it to knee jerk computer store near home and they said she needed to buy a new one. Then we heard on the radio that Advanced Tech was giving 20% off repairs if customers would bring in a donation for the Food Pantry. They looked at mommy's computer and said it was a virus called The Black Death and fixed it that same day. Mommy saved enough money that I got a Google iPad, I am soooo happy!
