I highly recommend Carbase to anyone needing tech support, website construction or anything in their field. We had them build our site 3 years ago, and it is absolutely amazing. You call and speak directly with a person. Both Katie and Kevin have been so helpful along with the rest of the team. Every time I pick up the phone I get an answer to my question. Great products and outstanding customer service. Thank you Carbase!

Ne comptez surtout pas sur eux en cas de problème! Support technique incompétent et l’accueil qui prend en compte votre appel ne comprend rien!!!! Vous pouvez passer des jours voir des semaines avec votre problème, personne vous rappel malgré vos relances. Logiciel qui conserve les mêmes problèmes pendant toute la durée de sa vie. Le standard passe son temps à vous faire des promesses de rappel que personne ne tiens même quand on vous dit que votre dossier va être communiqué au responsable. Tout cela n’est dit que pour vous faire raccrocher !!!! Dms bourré de défauts et support technique incompétent bref société à fuir !
