Stood in line for 1hr when I came to pick up the car I already reserved. Car I was given had a cracked windshield see pics. Since the return was speedy I gave them 2 stars instead of 1.

I asked for anything but a Nissan and they honored it. They were quicker than other rental agencies in processing my online reservation. Only thing that slowed them down was the card/signature readers. Probably a good idea for them to invest in new ones.
