You absolutely cannot beat the location for early morning flights. This hotel is connected right to the main lobby of the airport next to the ticket counters. They provide grab and go type breakfast in the morning which is granola bars, packaged muffins, and packaged bagels that are perfect for throwing in your plane bag. You are paying for the convenience of staying at the airport, not for the luxury of the rooms. The rooms are small, but it's perfect for a quick overnight. The rooms are fine, once I had a stain on my sheets and on my most recent stay the bed was made but not super neatly done. The pillows are my absolute biggest complaint. If nothing else AeroStay PLEASE BUY NEW PILLOWS. They feel like a pillow case stuffed with other pillow cases to make a pillow. Will I stay here again? Probably for the sheer fact it means I can sleep in longer for a 5 am flight.
This Hotel is connected to the airport you don't even have to go outside! Side door right into the check-in counters. Hotel is not very clean found used Kleenex in the bathroom. The floors were not clean, and the room was tiny even for just one person. Complimentary water and for purchase snacks available.Rooms: 2/5
If you're just looking for a bed to sleep in, this is ok. I felt like the room was small and the bed was hard. Nice looking in appearance, and since I had to fly out at 4:45 a.m., it was a perfect location.Rooms: 2/5
Perfect room for two people and our dog. Love that they are dog friendly and have a beautiful patio and grass area. We didn't hear a single plane take off, very quiet. Room was clean and had everything we needed for a one-night stay. Great price and easy 10 minute drive to downtown and the Falls Park.Rooms: 4/5
Great location for visiting Sioux Falls and a nice view of the airport. Just a short cab ride and you are in the falls park. Very convenient. The breakfast is small but suitable. Some rooms are very small for the price. The bathroom door doesn't lock because it's a sliding door. So no privacy at the bathroom. But all in all nice
Very helpful staff cleared up a reservation error that was my fault very quickly. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. You can’t beat walking 10 yards and you’re in the terminal. The hotel comps you for one night in long term parking.
Dump. Garbage. Parking was a joke. Girl at the desk was about as helpful as a house plant. The bedding was basically papertowel, and didn't fit the beds. Room wasn't vacuumed, found dried apples and pistachio shells everywhere. Shower door didn't close all the way so the bathroom became a swamp. Breakfast was a smashed muffin or a smashed granola bar. Find a different hotel. This was the first stop of a 10 night trip, luckily the rest of our SD vacation was much better. It is connected to the airport, and you have to use the long term airport parking, which is a mile from the hotel, and once parked, you can't leave unless you want to pay for parking. It's just a dumb set up. Good for those who are just taking a nap between flights, but terrible for anyone hoping to explore Sioux Falls for an evening. Multiple other guests that we met in the lobby were having the same issues as us.
You're definitely paying for location. Room was clean and fine for what we were there for.Rooms: 3/5
Paid $160 for a single queen room, which was worth it for the quality and convenience, since I had a 5:45 am flight and was supposed to be there at 4:15. The bed was comfortable, the room was super clean and very modern. There was a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge, if you need those. Bathroom is generously sized and the shower had good pressure and a good nozzle. Kind of a weird thing to add, but when traveling, a good shower is a top priority to me.
Room was hot and thermostat/controls did absolutely nothing. Could’ve had a good stay but couldn’t sleep in a hot room.Rooms: 1/5
