I was referred to Aerotek by an old coworker about a year ago, but ended up not needing their services as I found a FT job. A year later, after my company downsized, i was needing a FT job. I contacted Aerotek in Mendota Heights. Within the next week after working with Jordan and Sam, I landed an amazing position within sales! They were fast, personable and professional. I would refer Aerotek to everyone that is in need of employment! They make it easy and stress free! You provide the information they need, and they do the rest!

Aerotek Is a great company to work with. The Mendota Heights office is clean and professional. It was easy to get to and I didn't have to wait when I got there. Ms Samantha Jones is my contact there. She is friendly and kind. She was a really big help in my Job search. If you are looking for a job, don't wait, head over to the Mendota Heights Aerotek office. I'm glad I did.

I've been working for Aerotek for just over a year now. I've been working for a company in Anoka as part of an open-ended project. The employees with Aerotek have always kept me as informed as they possibly can (sometimes external management aren't as transparent with Aerotek as they could be). I've felt supported in the sense that if I have any problems or questions I know I can go to my designated Aerotek contacts without hesitation. I really do feel like they want to help you to the best of their abilities. If you've been leery of working with a staffing agency in the past I can totally relate to you - but after a year of working with everyone at Aerotek I can assure you that you won't regret working with them as they are a good company.

Aerotek is a great company to work for. They go above and beyond when it comes to caring about their employees. Always there to answer questions and never fail to check in which is very reassuring. High recommended company to work for. Taylor was my recruiter, if you want a recruiter who is dedicated and a good energy to be around, I’m sure he would be a good fit for you too.
