Ultimate Staffing Services

I had no idea what to expect when I started working with Ultimate Staffing as this was my first experience with a temp agency. The team walked me through the expectations and quickly responded to any questions I had. Their goal was to find me a temp to hire position. In the mean time they sent me to different assignments ranging from a week in length to a few months. At the end of each assignment I took the initiative to reach out to the team to find my next job. I started my second assignment right after my first, but the following three assignments took about a week to find. I'm not sure if that's common at temp agencies where you have lags in employment, but that is my reason for docking a star. I'm very happy with the Ultimate Staffing team, especially Teri and Andrea. After four months and numerous applications, I was finally offered a temp-to-hire position with a fantastic company. I'm excited to finally be able to put my roots down and grow within a company again.

I am very grateful for Ultimate Staffing! Teri and Sheila had their work cut out for them: I had a very comprehensive criteria for my future employment--distance from home, compensation, benefits, perks, hours, company culture, direct hire, etc. However, within a short amount of time, they found a position that literally met. Every. Single. Point. I was beyond thrilled. I even cried out of joy after my second round interview went so well that I was offered the job that same day. The best part? They really listened to what I needed and kept clear communication throughout the whole process! I am ecstatic to have worked with such fabulous people to find me my career position. Teri and Sheila are awesome! They have great enthusiasm for what they do! I am very happy with the placement that I have received and it is right in line with my skill set. They did a great job helping me find the right fit.
