Staffing Partners

I saw a listing from Staffing Partners for the work type I was looking for that was a $15 to $17+ per hour job (this is unusually high for a listing from a Temp Co. in my field) and said high chance of being hired on permanent full time. When I got there I had an exact job number and a printout of the position and all its details. No one knew what job this was and after about an hour a guy told me "oh yeah, that one, now I remember, that one was filled yesterday." I was then directed toward a job that was $12 an hour (but only UP TO 35 hours a week) and was only for 3 to 6 weeks of work (and that is all they had at the time). Bait and switch? The original "filled" position is still posted now for a total of 29 days? 1ST UPDATE: The exact same position was re-listed again 10 days later for another month long listing period? 2ND UPDATE: The exact same "position" was just re-listed yet again (likely for another 30 day period again), has been listed for an ongoing 9+ weeks?

Found part time, then full time placement for me when I was ready. Got to know me and found me a good place to work.
