I worked with Jake Burton to land me in my current position and couldn't be more satisfied with him or Aerotek. Jake called me with a position he felt I'd be a great fit for. Even though I told him I was happy with the company I was currently with, I inquired about the position and decided to go on an interview based on all the details and information he shared. He was outstanding throughout the entire process, communicating any updates regularly, informing me of the next steps of the process and helping me to prepare. Both Jake and his manager CJ were excellent to work with and extremely helpful and friendly. They even went out of their way to call me late after business hours to share great feedback they had received about my interview after it concluded. Thank you for being so helpful during the entire process, I would highly recommend Aerotek and Jake himself to anyone looking for assistance with job placement!

I was fortunate to work with recruiter Katie Frake who was very helpful in finding me my upcoming role at a great company. Katie's approach is to understand the personality and skill set of a candidate to quickly identify which current vacancies would suit that person most. She screened and selected only those jobs that were a good match for my skills and experience. Katie helped me to thoroughly prepare for my interviews, gave great career advice and was always available to answer any questions about the recruitment process. Thanks Katie!!

Through my misfortune, I searched for months to find employment with reasonable pay and scheduling. A gentleman referred me to Aerotek. I applied immediately, they promptly contacted me in regards to finding a position that will utilize my skill set. I must say The way they conducted themselves was quite impressive. Their staff were very polite and professional. I felt like they truly cared and wanted to find me a position. They definitely prove me right. Shortly after, I was scheduled to be interviewed by an employer. The position was in a field that I would have completely overlooked. Well let me say, I was hired on the spot. I absolutely love my job. And thanks to Aerotek I am able to support my family once more.

I worked with Ms. Lauren Higgins to obtain my current position with Aerotek. I was very pleased with her professionalism and overall personality throughout the process. Lauren contacted me initially and kept me informed on a daily basis regarding my position. She made sure I was prepared for the interview and promptly returned feedback. Of course I received the position and I already referred Lauren to other colleagues.

I was fortunate enough to have worked with Alissa Lloyd. She made sure that I was ready for the telephone interview as well as the in person interview. She also kept me informed of each step in the process. This was a relatively stress free process thanks to her.
