J & J Staffing Resources

The Staff are pretty polite and friendly. However, all they do is hire minorities for the warehouses. I have a bachelor degree and I applied for a office job with them, they gave me a simple test which I performed with proficiency. Then they also gave me a typing test. In the middle of the test, the computer froze or they froze the computer but the time was still counting down. Strange right? I brought the technical issue to their attention but they never allow me to retake the test. In the end, they rejected me, stating that my typing speed was slow...really? Lastly, diversity is crucial and it must be value in every work places. They do not value diversity. This is an honest, respectful & non bias review.

The wonderful people in the Ewing office help make consulting a great experience. I wish to give a special acknowledgement to Denise Law. She was always helpful and expedient in finding solutions to any difficulties.

have been working with them for about 9 months and love it, was laid off during the 2008 downturn and struggled to find something due to age and experience ( had worked for one company for 30+ years), they found me something currently as a temp hoping to be perm soon, they have been always helpful, returned my calls/emails promptly, answered questions I had, they always seem to be looking out for me as a person and not just a body to fill a space at a company.

Not good or bad, it is just a staffing agency. Small spaces.
