This was about a year to two years ago. They only get 2 stars because that found me a job I am still with today. Besides that, they lied about the time it will take to get hired on. Never told me I had to wait 6 months or more to get hired on. WORD ADVICE. WATCH YOUR PAYCHECKS. I had issues with them shorting my paychecks. Not paying me for overtime, not paying me for EPT, earned personal time, I received through the company I was working for, and not paying me a shift premium after I went on second. Talking to new Temps at the company I work for, 90% of them tell me, that has happened to them. I only got back pay after I called and emailed multiple times.
I was employed through aerotek to work for the brewer company . It wasn’t a good fit and I asked my recruiter Elizabeth to find me another job . Elizabeth then contacted the brewer company and shortly after I was fired . Her and her manager lied and spun lies to me about getting another job I was not contacted and left high and dry
For some reason I’m being pestered for a review - so here it is. I worked with aerotek for contract engineering jobs and I’ll never forget when I showed up to an interview and learned that the recruiter had completely rewritten my resume, including school projects that he had taken from my LinkedIn profile. It looked like a 4 year old wrote it and the document design was ruined. I’ve never been so embarrassed! This was only one of many trashy things I experienced while working with them.
My experience with Aerotek was great! They were very professional the whole time and always in contact with me if I had a question. A couple of times I had a question that I wasn't sure who to contact with, I reached out to my recruiter and within the same day either he answered me or put me in touch with the proper person. During the interview process they kept me up to date each step along the way and worked hard to make sure that the job seemed like a good fit for what I wanted. They helped me find a job that I love! If I ever wanted to switch jobs, or need help finding a different job I would definitely reach out to Aerotek.
Generally, I am not a huge fan of recruiters as they seem to not even take a second to make sure that the jobs that they are setting you up with are even relevant to the field you are trying to get a job in and I find it incredibly annoying. The recruiters at Aerotek while they never seem to take a second to take a breath, have been nothing but professional and helpful. They regularly contacted me to keep me in the loop and gave me several options for jobs that I may have been interested in. I recently landed a job at a company through them and I am excited for what the future holds there. Overall, very professional, helpful and thorough which definitely helps when trying to decide on your future.
I've worked with Aerotek before, previous to my current position, though unable to find just the right match at that time, everyone I spoke with has been professional and polite. Without doubt, they are one of the biggest names in today's professional placement companies. This time, a recruitment agent named Julian Rodriguez contacted me. Julian was polite and friendly, professional and personable. He followed up with an email contact, and I, in return, sent an up-to-date resume. Julian had something already lined up for me, and had a second one waiting. He wasn't looking for me to fit jobs, he was looking for jobs that fit me. While we focused on the upcoming interview for the second position, Julian was already searching for a third and forth opportunities for me. Not only was he seeking employment for me, he gave me tips for the interview which proved quite useful in the interview. I took the interview quite relaxed and ready to go! The company hired me based on my experience being exactly what they were looking for, and I've been there for a week and a half now, things are going great! So it seems to be, using his own words, that this position was truly a "perfect fit". Thanks again, Julian, and thank you, Aerotek!
I worked with Aerotek in finding an electrical engineering position after having been out of the country and unemployed for over a year. They quickly hooked me up with a company and position suited to my career level and salary expectations. They have continued to maintain contact with me to make sure that I'm doing well in the position. I have nothing but good things to say about the job-hunting experience - it was great working with Aerotek and I would recommend touching base with them for anybody currently looking for a job.
I recently joined Aerotek after graduating with a engineering degree. Unlike other consultancies i spoke to that required some form of deposit and money Aerotek did not ask me for anything. They also do not take anything from your paycheck once you start working which is a set above other consultancies. They also really care about you and work hard to provide you the best service possible. They call you in for a internal interview to sit with you and discuss your career plans and know you better as a person, after which they start placing you in the fields of your interest. Other consultancies would not even know your faces and they just throw you in some place just to make money. Overall, i would highly recommend Aerotek. My recruiter Tyler Morgan did a wonderful job. Take it from me, you can trust Aerotek blindly !
Everyone at Aerotek is very professional and treated me with the utmost respect. My recruiter was in constant contact with me and always responded in a very timely manner whenever I had any questions. They helped me find an amazing job within a couple days, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a job!
