Aesthetic Dental

I’m so grateful to one of our Chamber of Commerce members Aesthetic Dental located in North Bergen. Personally I had a dental emergency 🚨 yesterday and they were able to take me in and help me right away. The staff was friendly and professional, I felt very comfortable there. Plus the office is updated, fresh and clean. Now I feel much better and I’ll definitely be going back there for my follow up care and work. The office is neat and clean that's the only good thing I could say. My daughter had to get a procedure done and the doctor told me that the front staff has to check if its will be covered by my insurance. The receptionist came back with an answer in less then 5 minutes saying that the procedure is not covered and that I will have to pay. I paid the amount in full and my daughter did the procedure because I cant but a price on my daughters health. The next day I started wondering how in the world it the receptionist get in contact with the insurance and got a response in less then 5 minutes. I should know because I work in the medical field and it takes at least 15 to 30 minutes. I decided to call the insurance my self and I was told that the procedure could have been covered with a Prior Authorization every 3 years. I went back and forth with the insurance and office and the office decided to do a Retro Authorization and see if the insurance takes it. OF COURSE THE INSURANCE IS NOT GOING TO APPROVE IT NOW I ALREADY PAID FOR THE SERVICES. The doctor and staff were very unprofessional not giving me the proper information and not giving me the choice to wait for the authorization or pay for the services. I'm still going back and forth with them and its been 3 weeks from my daughters visit.

Everyone here was amazing! I am one scared chicken when it comes to going to the dentist and they made me feel comfortable and understood. They were patient and kind. Love them!

Horrible service Gold Digger and money hunger . I decided to stop going here and not taking my two kids and my wife. Too many appointments in the same time rushing out people and they do it so quick to take the next patient. Have some dignity or respect for patients. Is not because insurance pays for it , you doing service is not necessary and you charging a hundreds of dollars. Usually I don't like to write bad reviews but I have to here after I tried to give another chance after I had bad experiences before. Take your money somewhere else.. is not worth it.
