Frank R. DePaola DDS & Associates, LLC

I've been seeing Dr dePaola for close to 20 years and he's always had the nicest, cleanest office with the latest equipment and the best, professional staff. Most importantly, he's taken great care of my teeth, always thinking through any issues and giving the right advice. Procedures are quick, on time and pain free. I couldn't recommend his practice more.

The staff has been absolutely wonderful - pleasant, friendly, and very accommodating with my difficult schedule. Dr Travis Smith did an excellent job explaining everything he was doing step by step and making me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this office. Best dental experience I've had!

My BF just got billed for dental work that he never even received and on top of that the office went and changed the dentist we had booked the appointment with (because only 1 dentist takes our insurance at DePaola) they instead assigned Dr. DePaola who doesn't take our insurance, so instead we got charged for using an OUT OF NETWORK dentist. Plus our insurance noted that the office submitted a claim for procedures that was NEVER even done. Completely, UNTRUSTWORTHY!

As someone who hates going to the dentist, just walking through the door causes enough anxiety to just suffer through the pain. My experience here was amazing (if that can be a real thing). From the front desk personnel (Janet) who was very kind and calming who started off my experience in a welcoming manner. The nurses and doctors are very calm and kind which lowers the anxiety level of anyone in the room. Some chairs have a fantastic view of the NYC skyline. Overall, I left feeling like it may not be quite as long between checkups. For me that is a huge deal.

Dr. DePaola and his entire staff are life savers! After months of severe jaw and tooth pain that went misdiagnosed and mistreated with multiple other dentists, Dr. DePaola took ample time to hear me out and perform multiple tests until he got to the root of the problem. His philosophy of doing everything possible before performing any invasive procedures was reassuring and comforting. As someone who has had many bad experiences with various dentists over the years, I can honestly say that Dr. DePaola and his staff are working primarily for what is in your best interests. I highly recommend especially if you have any anxieties about going to the dentist!
