Mirelle’s Yoga practice has transformed my body and mental health. As someone with asthma my breathing has improved so much since beginning yoga with Mirelle. I probably will never do yoga anywhere else because this is the real deal. It is not an exercise but rather a true meditation practice which requires patience to advance from mastering the basics to eventually a higher level. I can never go back to not doing the breathing exercises and stretches and movements that Mirelle has introduced to my life. This to me is the ultimate treatment for longevity and health.
