AFC Urgent Care NE Portland

My sister and I came in this afternoon, after she had had a fall. We got great care! Each person who dealt with us was kind and helpful, from the check-in folks to the person who took vitals and background info, the x-ray tech, the person who gave a shot, and P-A Taylor. We were treated with dignity and respect and given clear instructions and reasoning. Thanks for the great care!

From the receptionist to the nurse and phlebotomist to the doctor, everyone was so sweet and supportive. I felt very cared about and they took super good care of me. I was all trembling and shaky so they had me lay down on the examination bed with a cold press under my head. They all had an excellent bedside manner, so doting and concerned about my seizures. I just adored everyone there, this is the best clinical experience I've ever had. Simply superb. Amazing staff. The building was so spotless and smelled very nice. Just wonderful.

I needed to find a urgent care with appointments for same day. We were able to book online easily. There was a bit of a wait that day but they were quick to let us know the expected time and offered rebooking of more convenient. We opted to stay and we're seem shortly. The medical staff that saw us were more than wonderful. They were kind, listened, and we're thorough. They even offered us refreshments while we waited. I would recommend.

I had a great experience at the NE Portland AFC Urgent Care. I would recommend this urgent care! After being turned away from my regular urgent care earlier in the day because they did not have a doctor or x-ray tech onsite and then going through 3 more urgent care offices who were not able to help me, I found the NE AFC location. All employees I had the pleasure to assist me with my illness, from the receptionist to the nurse Cal, the x-ray tech Malia and the doctor Taylor, everyone was supportive and really listened to me. I felt very cared for and left with a walking pneumonia diagnosis and clear instructions for the medications I would be taking. The prescription was called in immediately and was ready by the time I got to the pharmacy. The employees friendliness and care show an excellent company culture of true care. As a patient in need I truly appreciate this culture which puts those in need at ease during difficult times. Thank you!

Allie at the front desk was so helpful and made sure I got seen today! Antwanic roomed me fast and provided good care and and Anna my provider was very attentive and very caring. Thank you so much I love this urgent care!

Colliope was very helpful and explained each procedure very well. Because of my veins collapsing they was unable to draw enough blood needed. I had to return and Nick was able to draw the blood very quickly and easily. I would return there if a time came that I needed more tests.

The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the provider, ANNA was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I left the clinic feeling confident in the care I received. I highly recommend this place and their staff members, specially the provider, Anna.

Natasha was my nurse. Very helpful and patient with me. Took my vitals and proper testing for my DOT Physical. No stress and was in and out within 20min. Great place to get things done. I’ll see you guys the next time I need something done. Thank you
