Portland Urgent Care

It was good. The wait time was fast and I got what I needed. It was nice to have an appt. The physician was friendly as was the nurse. The receptionist was slow and okay. Someone else came in after me and got seen b4 me because the receptionist was so slow. Someone check6 the person after me.

I set an appointment for an hour later and was seen within minutes of arriving. Dr Patric was excellent, and all the staff were friendly. I was told exactly what I needed, and there was very little waiting around. I came in for a chest x-ray with no insurance and was very satisfied with the relatively low cost of the visit. Would wholly recommend this clinic for non emergencies.

fast. professional. thorough.polite. i was very pleased, except for learning that i had pneumonia! but they ordered the meds and an x-ray for me. i was impressed by the service and personnel. addendum- they ordered an X-ray and never got back to me about the results. when I called, it turns out I did NOT have pneumonia, but some sort of bronchial infection; still good I was on antibiotics, but disappointed that I fell between the cracks in followup.

One of the fastest experiences yet for urgent care. Brought my daughter in for a hand injury & we were attended by Dr. Welsh. I was in and out within 35 min, with detailed info on my daughters fracture ! Highly recommend making an appointment. Super easy process from start to finish .

I am not from the area so I just googled the closest urgent care. I lucked out. The staff and Doctor were excellent. I felt very comfortable considering how much pain I was in. They were funny and disarming and I highly recommend them. It's downtown so parking could be an issue but they do have some parking behind the building.

I appreciate the speed with which I was scene during my visit however I did find it odd that I was asked so few questions. I wasn’t asked in depth questions about my history or my environment which I assumed was standard for all medical offices but perhaps not? During my visit they tested for strep and when it was negative I was told I could have any infection and was given medicine. I would’ve appreciated more information or maybe more possibilities of what infection I have. Finally, I didn’t like that whenever the doctor entered my exam room he didn’t knock before entering - I feel that is not appropriate and should be adjusted in the future.

Both doctors who saw to me were excellent. They made me feel welcomed and answered any and all questions I had. The secretary / receptionist was not the best; in fact a tad condescending. Upon literally confirming the address they had on file after she mentioned only the name of my old street, she abruptly asked "do you not know your address‽". I have absolutely no idea why she would ask such a question, seeing as I quickly replied with the correct information. Besides that she was helpful.

This place is brilliant. Best urgent care I've ever encountered by a long shot. Orderly, uncrowded, lots of windows, lovely interior design. Everyone from receptionist to doctor was very kind and friendly and efficient. Didn't even really feel like a medical experience though I was sick as a dog, that's how pleasant it was.

Easy, quick service. Best to set an appointment, can do so in person or over the phone. Staff was very polite and considerate. Felt heard about my issue and given good options. Will definitely return if in need.

Everyone here is beyond friendly and made me feel so comfortable. They were incredibly sweet when I was having issues with getting blood drawn! I was in very quickly and didn’t feel rushed out. My STAT order for images was scheduled for next day
