I have never been so frustrated with a billing company. The robo call can't be understood. It is too fast to write down account number and phone number. I sent them a check and they sent it back for the patient's name and account number. Name was on the check. I called the company a couple of times and could not get through. I have been trying to pay the same bill for three months. I called the Medical Imaging company and complained about their billing service. The girl basically laughed about it. I agree with the previous post. "morons"

I called APS with questions about a bill that my husband received. I tried three times to reach someone. All three times I received a message that the office was closed and to call back during business hours. I called between 8:30AM and 9AM Mountain time. The office hours listed were Monday thru Thursday 8:30AM to 4:30PM Eastern time. Today is Wednesday. They should be open. It is very annoying as I'm fairly sure that my husband is being charged for something that was not done.

Morons. This company does not know what it's doing. Sent a bill for $20 to a collection agency for my 7 y/o. When i called then claimed that they had sent a bill a made "robo calls".I never got a bill. Could not even tell me the # that had called our phone from.. when I checked the call log for the days they said they called there were no calls that could have been them. I paid the bill, there was no doubt it was something I owed. But they don't really do what they say. Glad I am not using their services.
