When we first started using this company it was because we were told we had to have a respiratory therapist to monitor due to central sleep apnea. The first few months we used this company they were very pleasant to work with. However as time went on it became more difficult to get the supplies in which our insurance company told us we should be receiving according to their schedule. The CPAP machine stopped working in the middle of the night and when we tried to get a hold of them to see what was happening we were told it would be a few days before they could see us. We contacted our doctors office and they told us that was unacceptable for us to bring the machine to them and they would look at it at no charge to us. The result was the data card in the machine was full there for the machine stopped working. At this time the machine had over 1 1/2 years of data stored on the card, this means that the company had not been monitoring the machine to say how do you sleep patterns were and to see if there was any problems with the leakage and so forth. We feel when we first started using the company it was a lot smaller and his staff was friendly however the companies seem to have grown and lost the personal touch they once had. A simple phone call and maybe an apology would have been nice when we told them we were leaving the company but instead they got angry with us because we chose to go with another company.
