I wish I would have read previous review! At first they were so nice....I needed a wheelchair as I fractured my right Tibia. I understand about orders and insurance as I am a retired nurse. I stressed to Melissa I had a funeral to go to...vantage got the ok to them at 1:30pm..they close at 5. Melissa said not to worry it would be delivered I stressed again how important as I had a funeral and of course couldn't walk. She said again it may be after 5 but it will be delivered. Come 7 no wheelchair...I'm frantic and tired. Called answering service said sorry..I insisted to talk to someone. They put me in touch with Chris very nice young man. I told him situation he said if u don't have it by now it is not being delivered. He said I'm in Calhoun but will go to office gave him my address and he was efficient the only reason they get a 1 star. Now let me take the star back I called to ask for supervisor and was told she would call me back..2 days not a word. So called back Melissa answered I asked her why she lied to me she totally denied and said she was the sent Chris out and gave him my address.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! THEY LIE, DO NOT FOLLOW UP AND FRANKLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS....

horrible!!! First they gave me a defective tank that had no oxyegen and by the time I got to my doctors appoinment I was in such bad condition he had an ambulance come take me to er. Then the hospital had them bring me a new tank before i left for my trip home and i insisted the deliver check the tank in front of me which was empty also so i would have ended up....well with out the oxygen i go unconcious and.....well you can draw conculsions. They ask me to come 40 miles to pick up oxygen when i need it because they are always to busy to bring it to me. HORRIBLE!!!! My life cant depend on them, today i hope to get a better oxygen supply company who will have time for me.
