Ashley has the worst customer service. Never returns calls, I don't know why this company puts up with her.

If I could give this place Ashley to be specific a -5 stars I would my mom had major surgery gave documents for the bed on jun 29 instead of sending the paperwork for processing she went on vacation for 2 weeks I have called every week since then get nothing but lies and no call back It is now Aug 16 still no bed medicaid has received nothing yet she claims she sent it a month ago SMH this place is the worst
