I have received scooters and lifts for them from these people through VAMC and am thoroughly satisfied with their service.  They have to come to East Texas to deliver to me and there is no complaining or long delays in arranging delivery.  The people they have sent out were not only courteous, professional and knew their business, they have been friendly too. Along with this they have always struck me as being appreciative of a veteran's service.  That matters too, especially to a Viet Nam era vet whose service was at one time not only not appreciated but downright denigrated.
To them, my heart felt thanks.
