They send a text to click on the number in the text and not dial directly. So I click the number - it dials and hits their system. They put me on hold for a moment then say "sorry I am unable to connect your call" and it hangs up. I search Google, find their main number, call it, get the Auto Attendant. No option matches my needs so I dial a 0. It transferred me to a hold queue. I held for a short time and then hung up. Never spoke to anyone. Seems to be an impersonal and poorly managed business. I will be relaying this experience to my physician who set this up. Surely, there is a better place to go than this one.

I need a CPAP machine and am exploring options of whom best to buy the machine from, including receiving service afterward. After reading reviews I decided they seemed either very good or very poor... so called and when I heard their automated answer service with 5 options I hung up and am looking elsewhere! If you're a new customer, the 1st option should guide you to the proper person...not going through a menu of questions, accounts payable, etc.

Took over a month to get appointment each time. Then I had to call them to make sure they sent information for insurance approval for equipment. Then I had an appointment where this company fake showed me how to use the machine. They really did nothing, but had me sign a bunch of forms which showed incorrect dollar amounts and incorrect information about follow ups. They acted like I only had two choices for masks, but there are so many which no one showed me, or fitted me for. She sent me a totally different mask to my house that I like and didn't have to go over my head, but of course it doesn't even fit. It would make took much to see that I require a larger mask and the one you sent me only comes in XS, S, and M. Over a week later, I am still waiting on a call from my sleep coach. I really wish I had went with a different company. The respiratory therapists are excellent while conducting your sleep study, but everything else is horrible. They provide horrible customer service and don't care about your health or well-being once they have your money (if they've actually gotten around to filing your insurance claim).

Do NOT choose this company for your sleep/medical needs. After my husband went to the sleep study and received his equipment, it never worked properly/could not track sleep patterns. Vital Sleep told him to come in and sold him another mask and replaced SIM card. Again, the equipment never worked/monitored. After months, I returned ALL of the equipment the company requested a final payment of $160.00 even though the equipment was never properly working. I asked for review and payment adjustment but they came back with no concession and I did make the payment. My husband and I have both since been harassed by a collection agency that I had explained the payment had been made and gave confirmation proof from the receipt. Vital Sleep failed to stop the collection agency from the abuse and calls we kept getting knowing we had no outstanding debt to the company. After more than ten calls to Vital Sleep and three months of trying, we finally contacted their controller and threatened legal action, which we feel, is the only reason this dime store like company would resolve our issues.
