Very unprofessional, inconsistent, and 0 customer service experience. Went in to purchase machine for someone while on my lunch break and MOR was given a 2 hr advance notice that I would be coming in to make the purchase. When I arrived, they denied me service due to our 1:00pm appt. No notification was given when I called 2hrs prior. I was only there to purchase the machine not for the appt (I AM NOT THE PATIENT) and they refused to collect my money in advance and made accusations that we were being "rude" but they lied to our face, did not listen to our needs, wasted our time & gas & refused to compromise or accommodate to the fact i was unable to return at 1:00pm to make the purchase.(Which is why I called and gave a 2hr advance notice in the first place) I guess these people didn't want their $900 or simple didn't want to listen to their customers. VERY UNHAPPY AND VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Was told they tried to contact me and left me a voicemail however my voice mailbox is not set up to leave voice mails...lied to my face.
