Regional Medical Rental-Sales

It been 2 and 1/2 month since I ordered my shoes. They said they are waiting for the Doctor to fax some paperwork back. I call my Doctor two different times in the past 2 months. They have never received a fax. Starting today ( 08/24/2017 ) I will no longer do business with them. They cannot call me and give me any updated Information. I WILL GET MY SHOES FROM SOMEONE ELSE THAT I CAN DEPEND ON. DO NOT CALL Me.

Beware. Dropped off a prescription for a walker for my grandmother who can't get around with one and was told walker was in stock when I called the first time before even dropping prescription off. I thought it would be a in and out thing. Was told they'd have to fax back to doctor for more information which they did about a week after I dropped it off (we were also communicating with doctors office). Doctors office faxed information back right away and now it's been about another week so I call to check and they say it's out of stock. They also couldn't give me any kind of time frame of when it will be back in stock so now I'm stuck between waiting and finding another place to get the walker from so my grandmother can become mobile again. Would definitely not currently recommended this buisness.

Customer service is horrible.since of urgency to aquire medical equipment for injured or the disabled is nonexistent .The staff at this location needs to set off on another career path because they do not care and cannot perform simple task.
