If I could give the owner a ZERO I would. The employees are fantastic, but she's horrendous. My son is on a heart and lung monitor. The lead wires are incredibly fragile and break ALL THE TIME. To keep the monitor working we have to constantly replace the wires. They are $25 each wire ($50 per set). They require me to drive an hour each direction to buy them. These aren't covered under the nearly $300 per month rental cost for the monitor. This means that every week to two weeks we have to drive two hours to spend an additional $50. They don't carry any wires that are sturdier. We've replaced the wires 4 times now and the owner will not work with us. She snidely says over the phone "I do what's necessary for MY kids." Horrible person. Horrible business practices. Do NOT work with these people!

Beware these people. They are rude and inconsiderate. They do not care anything for the customer only for the money that they get from the insurance. Choose another company. There are many out there that don't yell at you through a door.
