The practice was clean and the patient care was nice. Everyone explained the process and procedures to me. I felt very comfortable.
Very efficient and amicable service. The treatment is heading on the right direction so far.
After 3 weeks of doing nearly nothing for my pain they had me reschedule my appointment just to wait hours and not be seen! They take preference for certain ethical backgrounds and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this location. Do not come to this expensive sub par establishment that provides basic at home remedies but has lazy and terrible quality assurance
My experience at this AICA location has been wonderful top to bottom. The ladies at the front desk downstairs, Ms. Flor, and the office manager are wonderful. The front desk ladies upstairs upheld the same compassion and professionalism as the ladies downstairs. My doctor upstairs who oversees my physical therapy, Dr. Terra, was wonderful. She listened to all of my needs and asked follow up questions to pinpoint my pain and structure my therapy. Ms. Judy, she did my X-rays and therapy, was very sweet and supportive. She made me feel really comfortable and explained every step of the process for me. I highly recommend this location.
Technically this review is for "Curtis" in the New Patient department for AICA. I initially was hoping to be seen at the Chamblee location after having been referred here by an urgent care physician. I am not sure if the representative I spoke with works in this location. However, the manner in which I was treated by him was reprehensible. Of course I do not have as much knowledge as he and his colleagues do after "20 years of combined experience." I simply inquired about treatment with an open claim from an accident that occurred last year. The amount of arrogance and pretentiousness that I encountered while speaking with him was enough to completely discourage me from even wanting to seek further treatment for my injuries going forward. Thankfully I've already found another place that will be able to treat me! Perhaps he was correct in the information he was giving, but the delivery was appalling. I will never comprehend how someone who is meant to, "provide superior care for those in need," can be so dismissive and condescending. No amount of knowledge and experience will ever excuse that kind of attitude. I was never able to speak long enough to fully explain my situation, as I was repeatedly cut off and shut down. Telling someone that, "No human being in the world is going to be able to work with this claim," and that I have a 0% chance of success with my situation, is tasteless and a complete disregard for someone in need of help. Even if AICA was unable to take me on as a patient, a little human decency and tact would have gone a long way and represented the company better. PLEASE DO NOT seek help from this company unless you have had an injury in the past 2 or 3 weeks and have an attorney. Apparently all they can offer is high up-front self-pay costs or billing everything through medical insurance which is not always a viable option for everyone. This was a completely disappointing experience.
For the most part the first desk staff are very patient, friendly, energetic and helpful. The ladies stationed in the back for therapy are pretty friendly maybe two days out the week. Overall Ms Jonesthe doctor I think it’s her name was very informative and helpful.
I brought my daughter for treatment here after she was in an accident. The waiting and office areas are very nice and clean. The front staff are very friendly and helpful. She was seen by Dr. John and he was extremely thorough, and detail oriented in regards to gathering all the information surrounding the accident but mostly attentive to all her pains and discomforts. We look forward to her road to recovery.
Everyone here is amazing. From the ladies at the front desk to the doctors. Very knowledgeable & friendly. The treatment & recommendations have also been very beneficial. I will definitely be recommending AICA to anyone that can benefit from their services. Thanks to you all at AICA Chamblee Tucker, for everything that you do. It’s greatly appreciated by your patients.
This office is wonderful with the most incredible people!! The doctors, Dr. John and Dr. Charlene are very helpful and very knowledgeable about their work. I have come into the office unable to walk but I left with a spring in my step!! The front desk staff is friendly and also very helpful, especially Flor who seems to know everything! The therapists are terrific!! I have known Andrea , who is great at what she does, since I began coming here 3 years ago. This office is the best.
If I could leave this place less than 1 star I would! They are by far not the best medical facility as I am a nurse myself, and have seen or either worked at many places. I called to schedule an appointment and the guy ended up being Dr. George that answered, literally said "Hello". I was busy doing multiple things at the time and thought I mistakenly dialed the wrong number. So I stopped, checked for the correct number, which ended up being the original number I dialed, and this time the same person picks up the phone and says, "Thank your calling the same number you just dialed!" That was the most rude, unnecessary comment. I asked who I was speaking with and realized it was Dr. George. I told him that given that he answered the phone at a medical office with no greeting and just "hello", I thought I dialed the incorrect number. Either way, it was unnecessary for him to be rude when I called again. After putting him in his place, he tried to apologize and say he isn't a rude person. I ended service with them as I was unhappy with the cheap services that I could be doing at home anyway heating pads and a tens unit. DON'T go here. Try a more professional environment like 100% Chiropractor.
