Very professional and knowledgeable staff. My second time there I took my little brother with me and they were okay with it as long as I observe and make sure sure he’s okay. Again very very professional staff and highly recommended. Cons; sometimes prices get little high. Other than that me, the old lady, my brother, and friends love going over there.

Stopped in to shoot today and everyone was friendly as always. Very clean and safe range. I like that they watch the range to make sure no one is doing anything stupid! They had a instructor helping some new to shooting customers, and he did a good job helping them. They have a very good selection to choose from. Everyone was helpful. Prices on most items make it so you have to pull out your wallet. I like the fact when I walked into the store I was greeted and the staff member who was sitting down at the desk, got up and came over to talk to me without having to ask. Out of 5 or more ranges in town this is why I drive extra to shoot here. If you want good customer service try them. If you you like feeling like you are not of the good o boys go to one of the other ranges.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Prices are competitive on handguns, value is high when considering personal attention you receive. Enough staff to help you almost instantly. No taking a number and waiting 45 minutes like at Vance. Range is clean and well maintained.

Went here for 20hr opota I also have purchased two guns from here. Excellent staff. Even days I went just to window shop staff was always ready to answer questions. If they don't have it they are always willing to order it.

I was a member here for three years. Went in one day and asked if they had a specific gun in rentals I could try ... they had it. Guy took it off shelf and handed it to me. He asked to see my ammo and I pulled out a new box of blazer brass and showed him. He asked if I purchased it there and I said I didn't think so, might have got at Gander Mountain or Cabellas..... not sure. He took the gun back and told me if I didn't purchase there I could not shoot the rental. I pointed at a skid of same ammo 5 feet from me and said "it's the same ammo you are selling". He would not let me shoot the gun. I said "I guess I should have lied and told you I bought it here and he said....yeah, I guess so. Nice guy right? I did not renew my member ship there. I could see if I was a stranger just coming in to rent and shoot but I was a member. He could have offered to sell me a box of ammo for a discounted price.......nothing. Disappointing. Up until this I was very happy with the range. I and my wife took classes there and frequently used the range. Gotta look for a new place to go.
