Al is the the definition of great customer service, I've been towed before and my previous encounters the tow driver most are ass holes but Al and I spoke for the whole ride and even got me a great deal with a Transmission mechanic, Al is a family guy who gets the job, with great customer service, at a great price.

al's service was great, picked up my car fast and even told me some things about my car i didnt even know. will definatley use this tow service again.
