Took my brand new 2022 ILX to this amazing company after it was in an accident not on my behalf. Jay and his team is the absolute BEST. Jay made my comfortable by answering all of my questions I called l/texted him more than ten times and not once did he ignore my calls or text or give me attitude. He has a great people-person spirit! When the work was complete, my my car looked exactly like the day I received it from the dealer: brand new. I WILL always go back! My mechanic for life! Got into an accident a couple weeks ago and immediately contacted Entourage. Spoke with Jay who is extremely knowledgeable about literally every single detail. From what to do and who to speak to, as well as claims and vehicle damage. Thankfully my daughter and myself were well but it was important to me that he ask and made sure we were above all else. My car stopped working on the highway, from Washington heights to the Bronx. They arrived quickly and provided the best towing service. In addition, they repaired my car and had it ready the next day. I appreciate the great customer service, especially during a time which I felt extremely overwhelmed stranded on the highway.
