I am posting this review using my husbands account due to some technical issues: I, Masha Buklan, have been Amanda's client for over a year and I simply can not recall when any other service provider mistreated me the way Amanda did. My reserved and prepaid appointments were cancelled at least 3 times literary minutes prior to our scheduled time, other appointments were "pushed" for a later time and were delayed for up to 2-3 hours with the exception of a few which were on time as scheduled. No apology was offered, no comp services were offered. There would always be a different story suggesting of why my services could not be performed as scheduled. The story of the day was that my 7.00 pm service will be pushed to 8 pm due to some "difficult client" having eyelashes done, the follow up text message suggested that 8.00 is NOT happening and if I am lucky I may get my service after 9.30 pm. Then I was suggested to reschedule for tomorrow. When I made it clear that I am going away tomorrow and I need my services tonight as scheduled - I received a bazaar text message suggesting that I caused Amanda an anxiety attack by not being flexible enough to reschedule for a different day!!!???? Express airbrush cost $105.00 with 10% tip and takes about 15 minutes to perform. I can also copy and paste Cara's 1-star-review posted to Yelp back in 2016 as my experience is very similar to hers. 100% unprofessional and 100% unreliable.

Best airbrush tan you will get in NYC. Amanda gives you a natural glow I haven't experienced with anywhere in new york. She is worth every penny.
