Sugaring NYC - Downtown

Once I started sugaring, I never went back to waxing! The first time hurt but I go every 4 weeks now and these women definitely know what they're doing! I've been to other locations and while you get the same outstanding level of service at each of them, this one is my favorite. They have the best variety of the glitter tattoos! LOL

This place fell short of my expectations and in no way matches what the sugaring experience should really be painless and gentle. I have broken hair all over my legs and patches where hair was not removed near my knees and a bruise near my ankle from my technician getting the sugar gum stuck there and yanking too hard / too many times. I was supposed to do more services but glad I stopped in the in the middle. If you are going to brand yourself as a salon that does sugaring, you should at least know how to sugar properly. Do not recommend.

First time doing a sugaring wax. THE BEST! I usually do hard wax so I over reacted when the young lady started the process. But once I calmed down I realized that it doesn't hurt nearly as much as hard wax. I would have went in again but im leaving town. Great place, clean and welcoming. Quick and easy. Definitely recommend. Sugar Wax!

I was their customer for about a year now at their other location, but this new Downtown location is off the hook. Sugaring is much better than regular waxing that you will get in majority of salons in New York. Sugaring is much less painfull for me it's actually pleasant and skin feels like new after sugaring. This technique will never burn your skin, because the paste is applied at the body temperature. All the staff members are friendly and smiling, they have everything to make you feel like at home. I give Sugaring NYC 5 star rating and my number one choice for Hair Removal in New York City.

I went here to get lash lift and was truly impressed. Olga was awesome and told me v everything she was doing in detail. Altogether the procedure took an hour and I didn't experience any pain or discomfort. It did feel weird at times, but the result was amazing. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't had to wear any mascara! Highly recommend!

Let me just begin by saying that SAYURI Q is the best sugaring I had since coming to your establishment at 75 maiden lane!! I have been getting my waxing from you guys for quite awhile. Everyone I had was lovely and good but I had sayuri q for first time and the very best! She was patient, professional, quick and she knew what she was during. Usually after I would have a string of hair here/there but I went home and my vjj sorry felt like a baby’s bottom and never felt better. Sugaring NYC is the best waxing spot in New York. I've been to all their locations in the city, absolutely love the downtown location. Employees are always smiling and happy to explain everything. Sugaring is so so much better than regular waxing - lasts much longer, for me i had results stay for 4 weeks. Im hooked to Sugaring now. Thanks!

The technicians are great, the building is old and it's a small office but they keep it clean. They use gloves and change them multiple times throughout the appointment so they are never double dipping in the wax. Sugaring is great, I definitely prefer it to waxing.

Let me start off by saying that I am the BIGGEST baby when it comes to pain - it's actually embarrassing. So when I went to Sugaring for the first time three months ago in preparation for my wedding/honeymoon, I truly didn't think I'd make it through the appointment. BUT Aeleeny was so amazing and so patient with me and bc the results were so awesome, I am now a frequent customer. Does it hurt? Hell yeah - but I mean what do you expect? Ripping hair out of the most sensitive parts of your body isn't going to be a breeze. But if I had to choose for anyone to do it, it'd be Aeleeny. Anyhow, everything is super clean and everyone is super nice.
