Perfect Brows NYC

I have been here 3- 4 times as this place is near my work. I'm rating 2 stars for the place for being clean and services offered. But I have experienced painful threading and waxing services just because they want to rush and take the next client. Focus on 1 client and give them good service we pay the same money. Having scars on the face is not fun. This is the last time I'm going here.

This place did a fantastic job threading my brows. I’m always a little worried when I go to a new threading place for the first time, but they were efficient, clean, and I’m really pleased with how my brows came out. They put a little aloe on after so I walked out feeling cool as a cucumber! Definitely my new go-to spot.

Got my eyebrows threaded for $10. Simmi made sure to maintain the shape I wanted while cleaning them up, and she was very sweet!

I went there to get my brows threading for the first time. The place is clean, the staff are friendly and the process is painless! Definitely an improvement over waxing. Best of all it only cost $8! I'll definitely be heading back there soon.

I left this place such a great review but decided to come on here and change it, the last time i went, it was time for my free wax after 5, i believe you get your 6th free I got cream wax, which is the only service i pay for each time. The lady was looking at my awkwardly, like she was pissed that she gave me cream wax for a free wax. She was speaking her language and was very rude. I still tipped her, which I shouldnt have, because she did a sloppy job.

Got eyelash extensions. They said for me to keep my eyes open the whole proceedure. Then dropped an eye lash right in my eye. Then blamed me for closing it... My eye is now swollen and completely red had to go to a dr. worst service ever. Still expected me to pay for it while blaming me the whole. Will never go back and recommend people to avoid the place.

My lashes only lasted a week but she was nice and they looked good while they were on. I would go back.

They were very friendly. I’ll be coming here again and let you know how there other services are. I just stopped in for threading and it was fast. The place is clean and well light. They are also open on the weekends, which is great in the Fidi!

This place sucks!!!! I've never been so unsatisfied with getting my eyebrows waxed. Didn't care what I wanted and did a rush HORRIBLE job. I'm NEVER going to this place again and would deter anyone else from going there.
