I just had surgery at Nura and every Transportation + Taxi driver is familiar with Nura and how they have two doors. When the driver called I was in the middle of telling driver H0409 I was at the back door and he hung up on me, I tried to call him back twice and he ignored my call so I had to walk all the way around the building myself and come to find out while we were driving he had his ringer on and his cell phone sitting in his lap because a call came through while he was driving me home. These drivers have a tendency to speed and talk on the phone so I told him he better not do either and his apology was, “I’m sorry you feel that way!” That is no apology and the disrespect wasn’t appreciated. Also, his taxi was very dirty! * That green bottle isn’t even mine
Driver almost rear ended me MULTIPLE times!!! Roads were horrible only able to go like 20 mph. Swerving back and forth to try and get ahead. No blinker almost hit other cars in the process as well. Going north in hwy65 from 99th all the way up to 200th tried to call and make a complaint got “diss connected” as soon as I mentioned complaint….
This company is the world's worst transportation company on the planet. They stranded me at IHOP Bloomington over 4 hours the dispatcher continued to lie to me every time I called I filed complaints with bbb and mn attorney general office. They should Not be in business for mn public pleas call mn attorney general office and file a complaint. I needed to get home for medical issues and they did not care!
Never used the service for one reason, I've seen the way they drive with and without a passenger. Reckless doesn't even begin to cover it! Speeding, running lights, tail gating, reckless lane changes, brake checking, texting and driving ect.
I requested a van for 6:30am to the airport the day prior and no one showed. The App said they were “looking for a driver.” Fortunately my neighbor saved the day and gave us a ride. I did get a full refund.
Tried to book a car to the airport online and it did not work, so we called in the morning for a car to arrive at 5. Spoke on the phone to a woman and we’re assured we were booked. We live 30 minutes from the airport. No car at 5:05. Called and was told they had no record of us. We nearly missed our flight because of them. Luckily our neighbor came through and helped. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Driving down highway 10 and Round Lake May 21st 7:10 AM which is under construction. Cab number # 4010 was behind me As I came off the entrance ramp but he was in the lane we all had to emerge into immediately with about a 2 car space between him and the next car in front of him. I I moved over or zippered over with plenty of room, still 2 car lenghs, but he did not like that! So he sped up so he could ride even with me on the left shoulder betweeen me and concrete dividers the forcing me to bump him or merge in large construction cones on RT shoulder. Maybe you need to go back and read the rules of the road the DPS has a specific section that discusses the zipper merge. I would not use this company or car #4010, certainly do not want you driving any of my loved ones around.
when called for return trip after 30 min called back driver was not sent there three days later driver show up 25 mins early said was not ready called order was canceled sent new driver had to reschedule appt. will never use them again
When you order a taxi to the airport, shouldn't it arrive at the requested time? It seems iHail does not understand this concept. A ride from Eagan to the main terminal of MSP is around 15 minutes. The pickup point is not some exotic location. I ordered a taxi several hours in advance using the app. This means that they had hours to arrange for this cab ride. At the pickup time, no taxi. Five minutes after the arranged pickup time I called customer service to inquire as to status. Was a taxi on the way? Nope. Not even dispatched. Assuming a taxi would get dispatched from MSP, the best case at that point was it would arrive for pickup 20 minutes late. What confidence would you have at this point that ihail would be able to arrange a taxi if they were not able to do so in the preceding hours? Ordering from another taxi service provider would also take at least that long, probably longer. Wouldn't it be responsible to provide a some notification 20 minutes prior to scheduled pickup that iHail was having difficulty dispatching? No such notification. Apparently iHail thinks that people headed to the airport are not concerned about such trivialities as the time of day. They are thoroughly, profoundly, utterly, incompetent. Perhaps a name change from iHail to iFail is appropriate.
Made an appointment for 430 pick up and its no where to be found. Called and they are looking for a driver. It's very irritating when told to go hack inside. I don't have that option. It's hot outside. I have been waiting over 30 mins and it's still nothing.
