Driver 137 is by far the best driver I've ever had. Attentive driving well-groomed driver doesn't smell can understand when he speaks car is smells nice and is kept very clean. Car maintenance is up to date and drives well something goes wrong it's promptly addressed and taken care of. No near misses with accidents with driver 137 or finding insulin or drug paraphernalia in the car. In my opinion I'll drive yours should strive to present a friendly writing experience okay
They came a hour early, then they were 15 minutes late and took me wrong address. And that's just on the way there. The cab/ van had a big dent guess where... that's right the same door the passenger enters and sits. Nice. And no matter how many times I politely asked the driver " Please can you repeat that and " I'm sorry can you repeat that?" I never understood him. My ride home was peaceful, pleasant, comfortable and fast. Just how it should be.
Always late. Always. Drivers cancel, they don't show up, or they show up so late it doesn't even matter anymore. Edit: I made my cab ride days in advance and it was accepted. If you cannot complete the ride, you should not have taken it. I confirmed my ride well before it. If every driver didn't cancel the ride, it wouldn't be an issue.
I would give them 10 stars if I could !! I absolutely love this mobile company!! Their services are always I am not just on time every time I ride w them, but early! And they are way polite and patient too! They manage to be fast efficient courteous knowledgeable and polite all at the same time like all the time!! They have never forgotten me or argued with me because the were 3 hours early and than angrily left me. They always pick up the phone, and even that is in a matter of 1 or 2 rings. So far since late this August of 2022 using their services, not once were they late. And more often than not, they are there before Im even finished w my class or appointment. And they patiently wait for me. And always with a warm smile friendly greetings and a great attitude!! Love this company and their services! Too notch, idk what they get paid, but they all deserve a raise in my opinion!!
Taken dozens of cabs from B&W now, the GPS tracker and time ETA is worthless except for learning that over half of the drivers spend 20 minutes in the same spot getting coffee before they actually come to pick you up. I assume there is some sort of systemic problem that is encouraging this behavior. Whether that be lack of breaks, penalizing for being honest, and NOT penalizing for doing personal errands while assigned to a customer, it has made me late for work on more than 1 occasion. If a driver is at the same spot for more than 10 minutes after accepting a ride then they should automatically be cancelled.
They are really on top of it thet keep me on top of my appointments and are the only reason why I am on time to my appointments -Thank you "BLUE & WHITE TAXI" for caring about my commitment to my health plan and being apart of my recovery on such a positive and supportive way. You never have let me down and because of that I continue to never let myself down with in my health & recovery plan!! I will not be choosing any other taxi services ever again weather it be medical cab or personal cab "BLUE & WHITE TAXI" is the best choice and the right choice for me! -Katelyn Higgins
UPDATE: So after receiving a response from the Owner I called and spoke with him and explained the situation. He was understanding and responsive to what I had to say. This all occurred because I was traveling from a hotel with two manual wheelchairs and one that was rigid because it is a para-fencing wheelchair. The Owner was apologetic and willing to help me out the next time I am in town and was willing to work with staff to help prevent future issues. I am grateful for the resolution and assistance I received. ORIGINAL POST: What type of taxi company does not have a van with seats that can be folded down? Seriously! Don’t bother wasting your time.
B&W Taxi is a huge improvement over T-Plus. I have a few gripes, but still worth a 5-star review. But, here are a few things I've noticed. 1 The Riide app for iOS, tells me it isn't available for the region. 2 When the operators call. The "please keep the phone lines open" line, that isn't needed. I could be playing a few games, reading the news, and on the phone with someone - all at the same time, and the text that tells me when a driver is on their way can still come in for me to read. And the customer might also have their phone linked to their computer where they can receive the text. 3 Drivers do not need to call, do they not know how your system works, with the whole text notification? And in my experience, when some of them do call, they end up making a personal stop, that also needs to stop. 3b There was one day, I ended up waiting a whole extra 30 minutes, a driver was actually on the way and was like 4 - 5 blocks away - then turned around to go somewhere about 1 mile in the opposite direction. Please inform your drivers that if they need to make personal stops, gas stations, office visits, etc... to do that between customers. I've mentioned this in my rating when that happened; I would rather wait for the text letting me know a driver a driver is on their way instead of watching the driver at a gas station or somewhere and waiting for them them to be on their way. 4 I've sent you guys messages in the past, some worth a reply. I don't think your contact form actually works. 5 When I call and am in a long queue, I do enjoy listening to the trivia.
This company was booked to give my son rides to his health program. They were never on time and last morning driver was using his phone to fill out an application or something. Even got his license out. This company is a joke. Unsafe and uncaring.
The driver picked me and another stranded traveller at the airport and took us to a hotel in what was basically a blizzard. So cheerful and nice - and was even our ride back to the airport the next morning. Trusted his driving in what were very dicey conditions.
