Son’s wedding. Perfect until they canceled via email 3rd leg of reservation the evening before next day’s event. No phone call, no reason and no solution. Premier needs to understand there are no wedding day do overs.

My family and business has used Premier Transportation for many years and sadly we won't be using them anymore for a few different reasons. The owner and the drivers have always been wonderful, but the gal that answers their phone, Noel, has an attitude problem, and for the past year I have had nothing but issues with her and the way she talks to us. I have dealt with the bad attitude in the past, but today I ran into a new problem, and she handled it poorly, and of course with attitude -- We have used Premier for Wild Games, Vikings Games, Concerts, and Airport transfers without an issues, but for whatever reason today they wouldn't allow Transfers to US Bank Stadium anymore, you must do hourly, meaning the clock starts ticking the moment they pick you up until they moment they drop you back off - for me to get a dropped off at US Bank Stadium for a concert at 6:00pm and picked back up at 10:30pm they want over $600 because I need to pay for the car the entire 6 hours.. in the past we paid $170 each way. Unfortunately our family will find a new transportation company.

Vehicle was new, clean and showed up on-time. I liked how I received a simple text confirming the vehicle was on-location, no disruptive phone calls. While booking, I appreciated how friendly the representatives were over the phone, even through our multiple teams changes. We also got a really competitive rate. Thank you Premier Transportation! We will definitely reach out for any of our travel needs. 5 stars!

Absolutely the best limousine service in the Twin Cities. Legendary customer service since the 1960s. Janet the owner is the bomb.

We rented a limo bus from Premier Transportation to get our wedding party to a local park for photos before the ceremony and return back to the venue. The limo bus was well taken care of, looked great, and the bench seats inside were very helpful for me so I didn’t have to try to navigate typical bus seats with my wedding dress! They also have very reasonable rates; I did a lot of shopping around and found this company to be the best deal for what I was looking for! Not only that but they were punctual and the driver was very nice! He even offered us little water bottles when we were at the park doing photos it was a hot day! We would absolutely recommend this company to others!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Premier Transportation for our client's wedding day and I'm super happy with the experience! As a wedding planner, I highly appreciate working with vendors who are as organized as me and Premier Transportation did an amazing job! Stephen was our client's driver and he gave great notice and updates throughout their entire transportation so that I knew where our client's were and when to help keep them on schedule. I'd highly recommend Premier Transportation to anyone in need of their services and would love to work with them again in the future.

We hired Premier Transportation for our daughter's wedding party. Every person we dealt with from the Dispatcher to the Driver were exceptionally professional, courteous and perhaps MOST important - punctual! Highly recommend this company and appreciate their fair pricing!

We originally asked for a Hummer limo but it wasn't available/they didn't have one. They called and talked us into a sprinter van, which we were REALLY excited about. About a week prior to our wedding we received a call stating that it wasn't working or wasn't available and they had a stretch limo. We verified that it would fit 10 people and we were assured that it would. But this isn't true. If your bridal party is all a size 2 then yes, otherwise it won't. I was extremely disappointed that one of my bridesmaids wasn't able to join us for our bridal party ride. I emailed the company and I haven't received a response until they sent the review link to my husband. Other than that everything was fine. And to my surprise my friend Jens was our driver!!! This was the best part.

Great experience for my daughter's 21st birthday! Although we didn't get the vehicle initially scheduled, the accommodations and service was EXCELLENT! Thanks Ken and Carlos

As a wedding planner, I very much appreciate top notch and timely customer service. I have not received anything less when working with Premier Transportation for all of my couples. I have been working with Nicole specifically and I am always blown away by how efficient she is with her responses to me! Highly recommend!!
