I found 4 different phone numbers and not one gets me directed to a person I can talk to about a simple traffic speeding ticket. One labeled traffic division was actually a fax number, nearly blew my eardrum out and scared the neighbors cat from under my porch with the loud modem like noise. Luckily we've been trying to get the cat out of there for weeks now. I would award 2 stars in this review just for that reason, but I feel that cat will just sneak back under there once its hearing returns. It's almost as persistent as the municipal court is at avoiding calls.
