I have tried calling on Martin Luther King Day. 1/15/18. Google Hours shows this place should be open. No one picking up the phone when I called the office. And no voice answer machine telling me if the office is closed or not... Would be nice if someone can pick up the phone and answer it. It rings and rings and nothing happens...

TRAFFIC DIVISON IS A JOKE RAN MY IDIOTS WHO DONT CARE ABOUT WELL BEING OF OTHERS THERE ARE INSTRUCTIONS GIVIN YOU SHOULD HAVE TO FOLLOW THESE AS YOU REQUIRE THE PEOPLE THATS WHAT INSTRUCTIONS AND RULES ARE FOR PASSING THE BUCK IS NOT THE ANSWER IT ALL STARTS WITH YOUR CLERICAL SKILLS AND YOU WERE NOT HIRED TO MAKE MISTAKES AT A HIGH LEVEL THEN WHEN QUESTIONED PASS THE BUCK WHEN IT WAS YOUR MISTAKE THAT CAUSED THE DAMAGE MAKE SURE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS COURT HOUSE THEY HAVE DONE THERE PAPER WORK CORRECTLY EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO CHALLENGE THEM BECAUSE MORE OFTEN THEN NOT THEY MAKE MISTAKES

You have to pay court fees even if you don't want a court date. what sense does that make?

The magistrates were amazing!!!! They get 5 stars. The women in the small claims division were rude, incompetent, and not helpful at all. We won a case for a substantial amount of money against a contractor. Never collected and the lady behind the desk couldn't even remember to hand me the template to follow for the bank levy. After I fill it out wrong she Ridley says follow this and hands me the template. After that she wasn't able to answer even the simplest of questions. All calls I mad to this division were unhelpful and rude. This is the public you are dealing with and our fees pay your salary. If your that miserable quit and go do what you like!
