Had One queen fitted sheet, one queen flat sheet, and two regular pillow cases laundered and was a whopping $100.00 for this simple laundry service. Totally got ripped off. Will not go back after being ripped off. JLBService: General bedding cleaning
Al ruined my trench coat! The leather buckles on the sleeves and belt looked like they had been chewed by a puppy. Also, I noticed a bad odor in the shop when I picked up my clothes, and all my clothes ended up smelling the same way. They would not air out so I ended up hand washing everything as a last resort, and wish I had just done that in the first place because everything turned out fine. What a waste!Service: Special care fabric cleaning
Let's be honest a one hour dry cleaner is false advertisement and they should remove that. If you go there on Friday with a sports coat to be dry cleaned you can pick it up on Tuesday the following week. Are you kidding me? Save yourself the grief do it at home with a dry cleaning kit. Dry cleaners are on the way out it's like printers that can print photos they don't get it they're out of business and don't know it!
The same day service, charged me $15.25 for sewing two slightly torn pockets on a pair of shorts, one $9.10 and the other $6.15. I only paid approximately $10- $12 for the pants. The helper probably kin, said I have to wait 8 days to pick up my shorts, and with disgust I paid the kid in advanced. The kid also wrote the receipt as Charles Tommis misspelling my name, either the kid is illiterate or full of hate; I may have grounds for a hate crime. The ticket was written up as 2Pieces $15.25. I suggest the kid needs rehabilitation, perhaps a hate management class.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I experienced the worst customer service here after I found my daughter’s white dress decorated with marks. They did not apologize, even when I had to come back —not once — but FIVE times when the problem with the dress wasn’t resolved. On top of that, I received unpleasant attitudes from both managers. I finally took back my daughter’s dress seeing the marks were still there, with no refund offered to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
They offer a discounted rate on uniforms, but buyer beware, they will damage your clothes and lose buttons that are expensive to replace! Makes the discount not so worth it after all. Lost my business after one try, good job champs.
SHIRTS SMELL SO BAD AFTER BEING CLEANED! I have never used this dry cleaner in the Ala Moana shopping center before but they were open late and provide next day service so it looked good. I thought the cost per shirt @ $11.00 was on the high side but would try anyway. My order was ready for pick up the next day and wrapped up nicely. The next morning when I removed the plastic wrap...what is that stink! If you don't mind paying 11.00 per shirt and want to smell like a musty doo-doo sandwich all day Al Phillips dry cleaners can do it with next day service.
I needed a quick turnaround to support a local Mission and they were amazing, uniform felt better than anywhere I use in mainland. It was softer than usual and very well pressed. I’m dropping off again today for another quick turn.
I also want to give a zero stars. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my whole entire life!! Should have spent a few more dollars and had my clothes done by the hotel we're staying at. I don't understand how this business survives - Ala Moana Centre should review their lease with them as this place gives the whole centre an extremely poor reputation!
Took my uniform pants in for dry cleaning last week. Picked it up the next day, took it home and hung it up in the closet. The next morning I started to get dress for work, when I remove the plastic from my uniform, it smell so bad. I had no choice but to wear the uniform to work, and felt so embarrass because of the odor
