I am certain that they didn't actually clean my garment and just put it on a hanger with plastic over it. It was a vintage kimono that, while it didn't have a strong odor, it had the smell of something that was used/worn and needed to be washed. When I unwrapped it at home it smelled exactly the same, the wrinkles in the neck area from being worn were still there & the light soiling on the collar wasn't lessened at all. I've had vintage kimonos dry cleaned elsewhere in the past and you can tell they've been laundered. I will never use them again.
